iSupplier Rollout Means Streamlined Approach to Bids, Awards and POs

As most of you are already aware, EMC is in the process of upgrading our existing Oracle ERP system. There are many new advancements and advantages that will allow us to be more efficient with both internal EMC processes and valued external partners like you.

Our new system includes a platform called iSupplier. Perhaps some of you are familiar with it already, but for those of you who are not, iSupplier allows for a more streamlined bidding process from start to finish.

Using iSupplier you can review RFQs, submit quotes, ask questions, receive POs and track your invoices—all within our new system. In the coming weeks EMC will be providing access to online training and documentation on how to enroll and use iSupplier. EMC’s Labor Buyers and I will also be able to answer any questions to the best of our abilities. Rest assured, if we don’t have the answer, we will get it for you.

Ideally, we will have all EMC Labor Partners in iSupplier so that we can complete all transactions within the system and reduce the amount of time it takes to go from bid, to award, to PO.

We understand that not all of you will have capacity to utilize this great platform at all times. We have ways to work around that in case you are not near a computer or are having IT issues. If you really want to submit a bid, but don’t have a way to do it, just let us know and we can help!
