Process Update - Community Component of Salesforce
November 4, 2024
Get ready: Service Community rollout begins!
When the EMC Service team first launched Salesforce in May 2023 Service Coordinators could send mass emails to multiple providers by state for opportunities to care for our customers. At that time plans were already in place to introduce the platform’s Service Community component, with five labor partners helping to test its capabilities.
Now we are happy to announce the initial rollout of Service Community has launched in California with rollouts planned for more states soon.
Is Your Contact and Pricing Information Up to Date?
Over the summer we may have asked you to update the contact and pricing information we may have for you. (If you haven't reviewed it lately, log in and verify it's current.) We will prioritize those that fit within our customers’ geographic and pricing portfolio as we continue to build out our Service Community capabilities.
We are still working on our state zip code limitations as we can only push opportunities per state currently. We do have a roadmap for the future that will allow us to narrow by zip code in the near future.
Have Questions?
If you have any questions or want to check in with us on Service Community opportunities, please reach out to or Labor Development Team or our Service Department.
(Can we insert the graphic for these people, link to them somewhere or provide a standard email/phone for this?)
We will be looking to roll out a few more States through the end of 2024.
