St. Paul Winter Carnival Ice Palace

1/25/17, 12:00 AM For the third consecutive year EMC is proud to light up Rice Park for the 2017 St. Paul Winter Carnival, which runs 11 days and has an economic impact of $5 million. Over 250,000 visitors to the Winter Carnival will experience the magic of 164 color-changing LED fixtures illuminating the park, including Boreas' nine-tower ice palace, ice sculptures, sound stage and park entrances.
