EMC Community Sponsor and Official LED Lighting Partner for Sanford International in 2022

EMC continues its support of the Sanford International for a fifth year as community sponsor and Official LED Lighting Partner for the PGA TOUR Champions event, which brings the best in golf to Minnehaha Country Club in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, September 12-18.
The Sanford International benefits the Sanford Health Foundation that manages endowment funds in support of Sanford Hospitals and Clinics and programs. Last year’s event raised $250,000 and since 2018, the tournament has given back more than $750,000 in charitable contributions and had an annual economic impact of over $20,000,000 for the greater Sioux Falls community.

PGA TOUR Champions returning to this year's tournament include 2021 Sanford International winner Darren Clarke and EMC-sponsored Scott Parel and Mario Tiziani. Also expected to join them are past winners Miguel Angel Jimenez (2020), Rocco Mediate (2019) and Steve Sticker (2018) as well as Fred Couples, John Daly, Mark O’Meara and South Dakota’s own Tom Byrum.

Title Sponsor for the EMC Championship Pro-Am on Wednesday, September 14 and Thursday, September 15. Guests tee up alongside a PGA TOUR Champions Professional at the historic Minnehaha Country Club.
Trick Shot Partner on Hole #16 for Sunset Skins Game on Wednesday, September 14. This event features Fred Couples, Miguel Angel Jimenez, Darren Clarke and John Daly.
Community Partner for the public concert featuring music superstar Sam Hunt on Thursday, September 15. Hunt will perform with Mitchell Tenpenny at the Great Shots facility in Sioux Falls.
Host for the EMC Champions Dinner on Friday, September 16. The dinner honors past Sanford International winners Darren Clarke, Miguel Angel Jimenez, Rocco Mediate and Steve Stricker.
